The New Life Plastics Facility tour introduces how Hong Kong’s post-consumer PET and HDPE bottles are processed into new high value recycled materials being rPET food-grade ready flakes and high-quality rHDPE flakes.
Building Trust Through Transparency
NLP sees hosting tours as a critical part of the offering to Hong Kong. Currently it is felt that low levels of trust are seen in the collection, recovery and recycling pathways which exist, and these physical tours we hope will drive trust back into the community, and furthermore drive up collection volumes.
